In their 10+ years of hospital experience, nurses Natae and Cindy have seen an increase in hospital admission due to a lack of primary intervention, lack of basic medical and non-medical support at home, and caregiver burnout. This deep-rooted issue can all be prevented with the right support for patients where they need it most – at home.
We focus on continuity of care, identifying where deterioration in our clients may be happening and working to help them progress. We provide the support that our clients’ families need, alleviating the stress and overwhelm of caring for their loved ones. Working closely with families is part of our fundamental beliefs and collaborative approach to a client’s personalized care.
Our caregivers are qualified and trained.
You are in good hands with our kind and trusting team.
We work closely with families to build custom care plans.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Calgary in 2012. She has over a decade of extensive experience working as a registered nurse at Foothills Hospital. Through her work, Cindy has seen first-hand the impact of quality care on senior patients’ well-being. Cindy enjoys assisting her patients to make difficult times and tasks more manageable and tolerable.
Her experience in acute care units highlighted a need for better home care. Many reasons that patients were being admitted to hospitals were due to preventable reasons. Cindy believes in taking an involved and collaborative approach to home care. Her combination of technical and medical knowledge, coupled with her compassionate nature, helps her provide the best support to her patients and their families through vulnerable and taxing times.
Natae completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at Laurentian University in 2011.
Natae’s background and education have given him a unique perspective on home healthcare. He puts a focus on holistic approaches that help transform a patient’s overall quality of life by first beginning with changing their mindset. Natae helps introduce positive, supportive thinking that allows his clients to maintain ownership of their lives.
His copious experience working in various fields in nursing allows him to see beyond “medical” health-focused care and take in other factors such as societal factors, lifestyles, and the kind of support available when creating individualized care plans. Natae has also trained numerous new employees and mentored nursing students over the years, passing along his values of genuine, empathetic care.
